1989 Ferrari Testarossa

Ferrari revealed the Testarossa in 1984 at the Paris Auto Show replacing the outgoing Boxer. The updated V12 rear mid-engine coupe had body lines and road mannerisms unlike anything the industry had ever seen. As the name hinted the red-headed Italian was a nod at the 1957 250 Testa Rossa, a World Sportcar Champion, both showcasing red cam covers over the top of the V12 engines. Ferrari purist and public superstars alike fell in love with this classic and it could be seen everywhere from primetime TV to the best driving roads. As time has continued the Testarossa became iconic for Ferrari and highly sought after, our 1989 example is the time-capsule you've been looking for.
