I cannot recommend this dealership one bit. They make me regret moving from Mercedes to Maserati. I should have drove to the Maserati dealership in Seattle. They left my car in worse shape than when I brought it to them. They did a shotty job at putting my lower driver dash cover together and steering column together. The lower dash was missing 2 screws and a nut. They left the steering wheel plugs for the airbag mounting bolts along with another random screw in the cup holder. They did a cpu update to fix a known actuator issue that causes the heat to no longer work on one side and since then things have not worked correctly. Before bringing it to them the rear window defroster worked perfectly. After bringing it to them it no longer works at all and everytime I start the car the rear defroster button flashes and the system has trouble calibrating. I advised them and they told me that they can quote me to fix it and did not take any responsibility for their xxxx poor quality and breaking things. They did admit to the mechanic knowing he forgot the plugs in the steering wheel. I paid them $1600 for them to break my car and have zero accountability. Tristan in service has no idea what they can and cannot do and have the ability to do. Shaun, the service manager texted me and said that Tristan told him the car was heavily modified and I probably did something. To date, I still am arguing with them to just fix what they broke. This dealership has been a nightmare to deal with. The fact they have only a single loaner car for such a "high end" dealership is just flat out embarrassing for them. The guy next to me who was being helped by the other service agent said he was frustrated and had to wait 3 months for a service to be able to get the single loaner car they have. This dealership is a joke and gives Maserati, Ferrari, and Ron Tonkin a bad name. They should really be ashamed of themself and their lack of quality control and finger pointing tactics when they mess up. Go elsewhere at all costs.

I recently purchased my Maserati Levante from this dealership. I live in California so I was buying a used car sight unseen. When the car arrived it was exactly as described. They were straight forward and I actually felt they gave me the best deal possible on my car. I worked with Seth and it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Seth was there to answer my every question even weeks after my car arrived. His customer service is beyond a 5 star rating. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone!

Bought a unique vehicle (Fisker Karma) online from Ron Tonkin Gran Tourismo. Was a little apprehensive, but Kevin took extra caution to let me know the condition of the vehicle and to make sure all my questions were answered. I had a great experience buying a 2018 Corvette Grand Sport. They have some amazing super cars at the dealership. Sales staff were friendly, courteous and as interested in selling me a car as most car salesmen are with the typical tactics. My wife thoroughly enjoyed sitting in and looking at Ferraris, Porches, Maseratis etc. as we made the deal on our car. The Corvette I bought has been trouble free, without issues. Numerous other local chevrolet dealers couldn't seem to find the car I wanted. I would recommend this dealership.

I have never seen a maserati and a friend took me to your Wilsonville dealership for an experience i never knew was possible. Not only did i see beautiful cars the welcoming invitation to the showroom really began on the parking lot. Friendly hellos and gentleman door opening courtesy not only added to the class of the experience but showed their respect for their place of employment. The Secretary at the front desk ms. Pat, was helpful and cheerful. When i was greeted inside by a gentleman named Mike, i was given a tour not only with expert information about the vehicles but explinations with respect to my not knowing the great detail and care that goes into the creation of such a fine automobile - what i can now call works of art! After corresponding for about 2 weeks with a sales associate and understanding the price of a used Porsche Carrera 4S, I made the trip from Seattle to Portland to test drive the car. Upon arrival I was told that I would not be able to test drive until 1) they ran a credit check (despite the fact that I am a cash buyer) and 2) I signed a document saying that I would purchase the car, assuming no issues. They said nothing to me about this back handed tactic before I made the trip. I refused, and left the dealership without being able to drive the car. I am a serious buyer who made the effort to come a long distance the buy. While young, I have not been treated with this level of disrespect at any other used or new luxury car dealership that I have worked with to look at cars. The dealership and it's employees are unscrupulous and disrespectful.

Today I visited this dealership with my grandson who is crazy about Maserati and other super cars. Everyone was so nice and helpful. We sat in many models, got lots of information and just had a wonderful time. I only wish I was in a position to purchase one these beautiful cars. Thank you to all for the great experience.
